All CSA fresh members should undergo a training on Entrepreneurship development, innovation, voluntary actions, cooperational work and business management, etc. We need to develop our values, inspire and introduce them to such  new working environment.

 

After being confirmed by the CSA general assembly, Fresh entrants are required to attend a Graduate Inovational Academy for a six weeks period, in the insipiring environment of CSA-Rwanda.

 

However, external people can apply to attend our "Graduate Innovational Academy" provided they are committed to both helping themselves and the community through Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Please note that external applcations should fulfil some requirements to get accepted.

 

In this beginning,  trainings are delivered by other trained young graduates like them. However, we are still looking for partners and volunteers who can empower our members through building their capacity and help them start small businesses from their skills. We welcome who would like to violunteer with us.
