To decentralize  our services and involve more skilled graduates, we work at the district level. We have a Graduates Entrepreneurship Center (DEC) in 30 districts of Rwanda, with vibrant Graduates Vocational Cooperatives (GVCs) in all sectors of economic activities. Potential investment is skills.

 

However, we will be more happier once our services are offered at the sector level. At this time, graduates are advised to register with the DEC in their corresponding districts.
